Love Kinney's! They are so accommodating and yes they are busy at times but are gracious and polite and I'd rather give them my business than give it to some mega pharmacy chain any day!

The Kinney staff has always been polite and helpful. I have had to wait a couple of times but the pharmacy was packed! They were still polite,helpful and maintained their composure. I prefer Kinneys to other pharmacies in this area!

Literally the slowest service. Wanna sit in the drive thru for 45 min to an hour? This is the place for you then! Doesn't matter what time of day- they work at turtle speed. Nice enough customer service, but it shouldn't take this long to move people through the line.

They have improved and things are better than in past years. ALL THE STAFF are very courteous and pleasant. I like the drive-thru …. They have plenty of parking…… I like the people there…..

Every time I come here it's a waiting game. 8 people working in the pharmacy and still a long line of people. I think they get paid extra to move as slow as possible.

They’re super busy at the pharmacy most of the time, Kinney ought to open a small branch in South Barre to take some stress off. They do the best they can and they are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Just too much business. And with Montpelier location temporarily closed there more volume. So try to leave the attitude at home when you visit.

Pharmacy sucked I waited on the drive up window for 20 mins then I go in and they r talking like every one acts like the lines not to the door but talking about ur family and whatever.....hello talk on ur own time
