I needed to bring my 2021 Jeep Cherokee in for a maintenance check and both the Service Department and the Sales Department provided me with excellent service from start to finish. The ease in making an appointment at a time that worked for me (thank you, Daniel P.) to the extreme courtesy I received via Craig in Sales when I inquired about a new car, it makes it easy for me to want to do future business here. I look forward to working with Logan.

After happily doing business with is establishment for over 8 years, I have become wary and very disappointed. This was the third strike.Strike 1was being told in 3/2022 my truck needed a spring replaced, and it could not be driven until repaired, but it was going to be 2-3 MONTHS before the part was available. Not being able to go that long without a vehicle I was forced to purchase a car. Unfortunately used cars were selling for new car prices, so I bit the bullet and bought a new car from the sister Hyundai dealer that week at full price as they were not willing to budge from the MSRP. The ink on the purchase agreement wasn’t even dry when an hour later I got a call from the dealership telling me that my truck part was in and they could get me in the next day.Strike 2This was in June 2023. I hit a pothole while driving my new car and the tire exploded. I had it towed to the dealership as it is under warranty and I have roadside assistance. I was quoted a price of $450+ for a replacement tire, there was no other damage. I did a search and discovered they were quoting me a price $125 more than the highest price that tire retails for. After checking to see if perhaps they had misquoted the price, and sharing the highest and lowest price I had found, they matched the highest price.Strike 3After bringing in my Ram for a check engine light on, I was informed my truck, with 61,200 miles on it, needed a DEF injector and a radiator hose clamp. I asked if the diagnostic test led to the leaking hose. It was stated the radiator hose clamp was rusted and leaking, though I had never seen evidence of a leak under my truck, and the quoted price for that part was $109.23.FOR A CLAMP!The DEF injector was quoted as $794.46 to repair. Having worked on tractors, I was shocked by the $109.23 cost for a clamp. I called to confirm this wasn’t an error, and was told they would talk to parts and get back to me. The most expensive clamp I could find listed by local parts dealers was $14, and having replaced clamps myself on my tractor, I know it takes 5-10 minutes labor. The DEF injector price was also a bit inflated compared to prices listed at local and online parts dealers. After paying $134.59 for the diagnosis, I asked for the codes that would confirm the issues with the injector. I was told the mechanic hadn’t written them down.Later, I got a call back reducing the clamp price to just under $60. I asked again for diagnostic codes, and again was told sorry, not written down. I had them fix the clamp just incase it was really leaking and went to pick up my truck without other work being done.I’ve since had 2 other mechanics look over my truck, no one has been able to confirm the DEF issue.and since the codes were cleared, without the work being done, I have no idea if the codes actually showed any emissions issues.

I called to get my Jeep in and they scheduled me in right away! Service was great and they were so friendly! I was pleased! I have been going here for a couple years now and I'm pleased Everytime! Thanks for the great service!

Jon and the crew at McGee were so wonderful to work with to help me lease my new wrangler. They had a great selection of vehicles, and the staff were so helpful in helping me pick out the model that worked best for me. All communications from Jon were timely and professional, and he helped make the lease process transparent and easy to navigate. We will be returning customers for sure. Would highly recommend!

McGee CDJR Barre was so easy to work with. The staff provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision. When I picked up my new car they went over all of the new technology with me. Highly recommend.

My Jeep was in need of winter tires. Spoke with the guys in the Part's Dept. about Tire options. I was able to find something that was a good price and the Service Dept. was able to get in within a few days to get them on. Great Communication and help.

I went for an inspection and i was told the tech just did a walk around to see what would not pass. I dont believe they did an actual inspection. They told me I need tires and I have too much rust on my rotors. And a sway bar link issue and that is a warranty part.Never heard of such a thing as too much rust i figured being a female he was messingwith me.. I took the car elsewhere to have it looked at. The tires are an issue and also a strut leaking. Another warranty part but Magee didn't find that nore that both front and rear alignment is off.

Rob was very a personable and knowledgeable representative of McGee. Nothing but professionalism from Rob and Mike the manager. Buying a vehicle is about the customer and their needs. A lot of salesmen just want a sale and don’t care much for the customer; we can tell when that’s the case. The exact opposite can only be said about Rob and Mike; Genuine guys with a genuine desire to help people find a vehicle to fit their needs. Couldn’t recommend Rob and Mike more.

Purchased a new Tucson hybrid from McGee and couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and my experience! Beth was a phenomenal sales person. She was fast and efficient, but even more...she really took the time to review all the (extensive) vehicle features with me. She was thorough and patient. It was clear she cared about her customer being satisfied. I would absolutely return to McGee for future purchases. If you're looking to buy, go here...I hope you get to work with Beth!

Got a new to me jeep from rob. He did a great job working with us and explaining everything we needed to know. There have been a few minor things that needed fixing but the service center is working on them. I'm extremely happy with the help I got from Rob and the experience I have had so far.

They held my car hostage for 3 hours whilst they ordered a part. I paid the bill! They tried to make me preorder the $1500 part before giving me my keys back. They blocked my car in the back lot. Weird. Then they took my $1500 but forgot to schedule me. The part, a computer, got held up in a flood but they wouldn't reorder even though it probably got submerged under water. I'll keep you posted if it works. Then it was determined that they hadn't ordered the second part, a cracked manifold . They blamed the miscommunication on me. The second part is coming in and then they'll schedule an appointment, hopefully in time for the car inspection which is due in a month . I demanded a discount but they have yet to provide. They told me that after the $2500 bill they won't be able to inspect it. That was the whole thing I discussed with the elder man at the customer service desk who tried to hold my car hostage in the first place. This place should be reported for rude commerce, in my opinion, because original I had discussed just using my car towards a down payment if I couldn't inspect in the next 5 months ( that was four months ago).

The best customer service I have had the pleasure of receiving! I have been working with this dealership for more than twenty years and there is a reason I always come back. They go above and beyond to keep the customer happy. Their maintenance department is timely, cost efficient, and user friendly. Thank you maintenance department!
