I can’t say enough good things about Thomas Hometown Sales. I needed a refrigerator and Molly worked with me to get one. If they do not have what you need, they will order it for you. I will certainly be frequenting this store in the future.

Don't buy here. We went against all our instincts and bought a used fridge to save money, and it was a terrible decision. They said the refrigerator was refurbished. To me that means clean and make sure everything is in working order. They did disclose that they don't warranty the ice maker. Well it's been 5 months and we discover the water connector is cracked and has been slowly leaking and ruined our floor. What was worse though is when we got it the bottom inside was packed with that clumpy dust that gathers under refrigerators (really packed ) plus packed with dog food and mouse poop some of which we can't even get out as we don't have the tools to get in that far. Again refurbished should mean at the very least that it has been thoroughly cleaned. I called to tell them about the dog food and mouse pop and dust and they acted contrite but really they just don't care. Not only will I never buy a used appliance again (hello landfill), but I will never step foot in a Sears store again. Not any Sears store!

unfortunately they are going out of business, that said i just bought a bunch of stuff for 50% and 60% off. when i left the other day they only had one Serta Mattress left, several ranges and kitchen gear. if you need new stuff or are remodeling, go right now.

Sears scheduled them to repair my snow throwers and they didnt show up. Sears rescheduled for today guaranteeing that the repairman would call me. He never called and did not show up for todays appointment either. The company should be avoided at all costs. Attempts to call get over flow department excuses but no result.

What a lousy place to do business they sell broken appliances and don't stand by them not only was our dryer broken it was full of dirt and a new dent was in it that wasn't at time of purchase good thing they are closing as I would suck state agencies on them along with the better business bureau they supposedly have a couple other stores they also need to close the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. They ruined a good name and shame on those home work there also oh and now the washer is acting up don't stop is there keep driving new or use it's all junk there I had to give a one star but it's a negative star

Recently purchased a new range. We were told we would receive a $150 credit if we opened a Sears card and purchased using that. There was no mention that the credit isn't applied until 4-8 weeks after the end of the promotional period on the card which is 90 days. So now we pay off the higher price or wait and pay interest. And when picking up the new range, purchased a power cord which ended up needing to be returned because they gave us a cord for a dryer. We wanted to shop local but we're going to avoid this store from now on.

Someone was smoking cigarettes in the store, it stank up the whole showroom. On top of that, the salesperson did not seem particularly interested in helping us look at appliances. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Ordered a new stove that came with defective parts. Store not willing to make this right as we were doing installation ourselves. My dad had installed more than one stove in is 60 plus years to know what he is doing. And as an FYI, the store does not offer installation...and the defective part had nothing to do with installation and would need to be replaced regardless!! Would put zero stars if I could!!
