“Bridge Street Storage provided more than exceptional customer service. It was my first time renting a unit, & they even stayed late on a Saturday when I arrived unexpectedly to inquire. I am too thorough a lot, yet they were very patient with all the questions I had afterwards. I also added insurance after the fact, and that was done promptly. My communication was limited where I was residing -- that took up even more of their time with the back & forth needed to connect. I can't say enough of how great they were.”
