I'm not a current or prior customer of spectrum so I can't comment on any of their services but I do want to give a shout-out and some positive feedback back to their customer service crew and their service technician Luke. I called today regarding the removal of a drooping line that was left on my house from the previous owners (not even sure it was a spectrum line) after only a few minutes the customer service woman had me scheduled for a service call just a few hours later in the day which was impressive in itself. On top of that the service technician Luke showed up exactly in the middle of the estimated time slot I was given for the service and he had the line removed and cleaned up in just a few minutes and none of it cost me a dime. All in all a really good interaction with the company and if I ever decide to look into cable internet they will be my first call.

My internet every day every night constantly pop in and out in and out in and out.. can't replace router online or in the app an it says no store is near Barre VT. 😩

thomas spent so much time trying to sell us on buying bundles that he forgot to give us half of the wires we needed. the paper had a checklist that was unfilled but we got a different paper asking us to buy more! i don’t know how he was confused about it when i went it and requested the wires. genuinely would rather drive out of state to a spectrum store than go back here…

Former customer. Marketing is door-to-door, they are persistent, including making attempts after dark and during dinnertime, and the salesperson in my neighborhood had an attitude when I told them bluntly but politely that I wasn't interested in products.
If I was even remotely considering going back before, I definitely won't be now.

No in person mobile devices of the sorts. Company should update the services they say they’re providing as it is misleading, especially for being the only store in Vermont i.e. people traveling to the store for this reason

my spectrum bill has been getting outrageous in the 6 years i have been a customer i took a snippet of my account info i currently have the enhanced basic package i have called to cancel service and waited on hold for an hour and a half before hanging up.

Unprofessional to a whole new degree. Waited inside for 30 minutes before being told to leave so she could take her break (I was the last person in the store at this time after 2 other people, wasn't near closing time) then proceeded to take an hour after being told she'd only be gone for 30 minutes. Had two other customers that were waiting with me leave and call to complain. Once I got inside it was a load of "oh well the company makes me close the store multiple times a day" to which I just ignored. Wasn't in a mood to argue. But then she tried multiple times to keep me on the service. Even after I respectfully told her to stop asking me to stay on. I was told to take a picture of the items I was returning while at this location, and I'm thankful I did since she NEVER SCANNED THE BLOODY ROUTER!!! She needs to be fired, this does not appear to be an isolated incident here and I can tell she just doesn't care.
