my spectrum bill has been getting outrageous in the 6 years i have been a customer i took a snippet of my account info i currently have the enhanced basic package i have called to cancel service and waited on hold for an hour and a half before hanging up.

Unprofessional to a whole new degree. Waited inside for 30 minutes before being told to leave so she could take her break (I was the last person in the store at this time after 2 other people, wasn't near closing time) then proceeded to take an hour after being told she'd only be gone for 30 minutes. Had two other customers that were waiting with me leave and call to complain. Once I got inside it was a load of "oh well the company makes me close the store multiple times a day" to which I just ignored. Wasn't in a mood to argue. But then she tried multiple times to keep me on the service. Even after I respectfully told her to stop asking me to stay on. I was told to take a picture of the items I was returning while at this location, and I'm thankful I did since she NEVER SCANNED THE BLOODY ROUTER!!! She needs to be fired, this does not appear to be an isolated incident here and I can tell she just doesn't care.

The store is a complete joke with an incompetent employee. Not only did she not know how to upgrade a phone which is a simple computer transaction but when the line reached more than three people she locked the door. No manager but once a week and corporate won't do anything about it. Avoid working with spectrum at all costs.

Drove 45 minutes on a Friday to get the equipment (modem, etc) - store was locked with no signs posted, and this was during business hours. Now will not received (shipped) equipment until next week, so if you're a new customer, don't bother trying to pick up from here.

We drove over an hour away to come to this store and by the time we got here they had a 30min be back soon sign and were gone over 30mins! Then there was a line of people waiting and they all had negative things to say since they already had issues before. When we finally get up the window the lady had no idea what she was doing and was unprofessional.

Took almost 2 hours to transfer our phones to Spectrum. Woman who helped us was patient and courteous but grossly untrained.

Terrible company, service cuts out multiple times per day. Internet is overpriced and the company is far too aggressive with ads trying to get customers to upgrade. Avoid at all costs if you can.
