This is the gold-star of gyms in Vermont for competitive gymnastics! The coaches are superb (safe, kind, demanding and highly skilled), the owner is professional and reasonable, and team spirit is a priority. I love Sunrise!

What a great experience! We were in Vermont for a visit from California and my daughter needed a chance to tune up before the upcoming California state meet. Everyone.. owner, coaches, and athletes were so welcoming. Great practices and great opportunity to experience different coaching styles.

I got to watch my daughter have a blast doing something she's only dreamt about. This seasons been fantastic. The coaches do a great job and she will be returning. :) we signed all 3 of our kids up for this saturdays halloween event. The kids are stoked.
