Nikki is literally amazing! Have been going to her for years and each time she blows me away. Shes amazing with her customer service and professionalism and an even more amazing hair stylist. The only one I trust to do my hair. She is seriously the best! Show her any hair pic and she’ll do just that. You’re the best Nikki!!!!

Chaunte was prompt, efficient and personable. She trimmed my granddaughter’s hair, then removed her awful acrylics then gave her a nice manicure and managed to get an express pedicure in for me. We will be going back and recommending her to others

I have been going here for a while getting my eyebrows done. I went this last time and I am not impressed! She was very fast and really messed them up! One is smaller and not even the same shape.!

I have stopped by twice to try to pick up products. Closed maybe updating your hours would be good. Stopped once at 12:30 and once at 3pm.

Atmosphere is comfortable. Stylist was very experienced. In fact, I saw her before at a different salon (her profile pic is dated). My complaint is that I asked for 4” and she took off 6-8”. However my biggest gripe is that she charged me $15 additional b/c she “used hot tools”. What she did was blow dry my hair then used the straightener to get out the little waves. Took her only a few minutes. This was reflective of my previous experience with her at the other salon where she charged me $15 additional for washing & drying my hair! I learned from that experience b/c when I booked this appointment I made sure wash / dry were included in the price. I didn’t even think to ask if the styling to see the final product was included. My appointment was in May 2024 & this is still weighing on me. As a stylist she’s excellent, as a business person also excellent b/c she’s gotten me twice now! I’d love to recommend her but don’t want to mislead those who can’t afford to be blinded by hidden costs. My $40 haircut totaled $72 after $15 add on & tip.

Good service in the overall. Salon was pretty. Got my first manicure here and unfortunately as soon as I left the salon my left hand smudged. I was hesitant about calling as I just don’t like to complain since most of the time stuff like this happens as as user error. I couldn’t go back in as I had to hurry into work following my appointment. Just disappointing is all I guess. In the overall I was treated well just wish the nails lasted longer!!!

Jess saved my life! I used box die to try and give myself highlights and ended up with huge yellow white spots it was horrendous. I didn’t even want to leave the house but Jess was willing to try and fix it and did such an amazing job of giving me shadow highlights and making the screw up that I did to myself look like it never happened. Cannot thank her enough for staying so late to help me! Thanks Jess!

Had an appointment today at 10, Got there and waited until 10:15... NO ONE place was LOCKED UP !! NOT happy!! And won't go back! Then businesses cry they are NOT making money! They LOST over $150.00 with me!! Linda

I happened upon touch of class by accident. I wanted a hair cut, but needed someone to cut my extremely unkept hair who knew what I said when I wanted to thin my hair out. The stylist was a dream come true. Without hesitation my hair was brushed out. Not a easy task. Washed and cut. I cant say enough how impressed I was, how patient my stylist was and how clean the shop was. This is the place to go if you need a stylist who will listen.

I moved to Vermont two years ago and I have yet to find a hairstylist. Today was the first time that I felt so comfortable in my own hair. I made an appointment with Abby who is phenomenal, she took my appointment very quickly she assessed my hair asked me what I liked and what I didn't like about my hair and we went from there. I would highly recommend going there as the building was very clean amidst all of the Covid related precautions I was scared going to a hair salon but not there. Everyone wore masks everything was disinfected after every use and everyone was very friendly. I can't wait for my next appointment!!!
