This is is just a shipping center with a drop box. They DO NOT PRINT LABELS, or do any customer service, SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A CUSTOMER CENTER. Thanks for wasting my time.

Tried getting customer service about a package that needs a signature but i received a letter saying. " We tried to get ahold of you but no one was home" Even though my partner works from home and is always there. And the customer service robot can't understand the tracking number I try to give and has me repeat everytime! More irritated at the robot than the driver because they are generally swamped I imagine but honestly just let me talk to a person!!!

Update - much better nowThe UPS drivers are all heroes right now, seriously thank you! That being said the distribution center or maybe the drivers kept delaying my packages over a period of several weeks using the "incorrect address" excuse. They said the address was not in the town that it very obviously is in and is valid in their system. I don't mind delays in general I understand how busy they are right now but I do wish they wouldn't mark the packages as out for delivery and then mark it as incorrect address or use other excuses. It's better to just say "sorry didn't make it to your house today" will try tomorrow.

Says they delivered my package that required signature. Nobody signed. No package in sight. Phone number goes to a useless bot.Truly the most incompetent location and delivery service out there.

My delivery was just updated to "attempted" and the reason for not delivering was that I was not available. I literally just watched the driver fly by my house and never even made an attempt to stop. And THEN, to have the nerve to say the delivery was "attempted" and that I wasn't available is absolutely infuriating. I've been sitting here all night waiting for this delivery watching the progress via your app on the web. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. Yet other deliveries appeared to continue to be made on my road. Not acceptable.

Worked there, got done for a better job offer, got my last check, they literally had cut my hours in half, and have refused to speak to me about it, building manager refused to answer my call or text, HR/Payroll has my number but refuses to call me or explain what happened or when it will be fixed.

Refused to deliver package saying it was an incorrect address. Driver was literally out front of my house and drove off.

Super friendly helpful delivery drivers, they took my package out of my car for me and signed my paperwork. The location is pretty sparse, not a lot of directions for dropping off a package. But there are two UPS buildings at this location.

My son's birthday package was "delivered" today. I was walking outside when I saw the truck pull up because my dog was outside. He's a very friendly English bulldog that LOVES people. Not intimidating. Wasn't barking. My dog walked over to the door of the UPS driver (the passenger side where they get out) and while I'm walking over to get my dog, the driver throws the package at Mt 30lb dog and laughing to one of his coworkers or to whomever he had on the phone saying that he just scared my dog. My package on impact of the ground and/or my dog, busted open. I'm so furious right now.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Folks are always eager to complain, rarely do they take the time to say something good. I realize that this is a service often taken for granted and only thought about when there is a hiccup in the otherwise consistent deliveries.The main driver that comes to my house must do so far too frequently. He always has an excellent attitude, and is very understanding regarding the barking from our "fierce" dog and my inability to keep the driveway clear (which only adds steps to his day.)The option to have packages picked up saves me a great deal of time since I don't as often find myself near the drop-off locations.I am very pleased with the services offered by this company, especially given the changes that we've seen to "normality" in the last couple of years. Overworked, understaffed, yet somehow they deliver time and time again.

Problems with these guys never end.My package has been in the area for several days.They keep saying they missed me.They didn't.Just be honest if there is a staffing issue.Don't disrespect your customers..I have been in my house for FOUR days waiting for them. Just bring it please.For the future,I will not buy anything that ships ups,even if I need it badly.Especially if I need it badly.

If I could leave no stars I would. Packages always arrive days late or past 9pm. Latest Packages recieved smelled heavily of cigarette smoke so bad they smelled up my house.Editting to add, my boyfriend ordered a $1700 computer that they delivered wrong and now it is lost. It required a signature even and they didn't even try. Absolutely ridiculous.
