“We had such a lovely time staying at the Reynolds House! We were in the area for a concert and it was the perfect place to stop for a night to recharge.

Jeffery was a wonderful, kind, and hilarious host and Edgar was so so adorable. Breakfast was delicious & the coffee was strong, we felt very welcomed as if we were staying with a friend. The room we were in was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and spacious. It was awesome to be amongst so many well kept and beautiful antiques and instruments, such a beautiful stay, I would highly recommend.”

“I really want to give 5 stars, as our experience was generally great! There are a few things worth noting if you are reading this: pay attention to the room you select, as some of them have shared bathrooms. We arrived after dark (8PM-ish) and standard procedure is to call and they talk you through how to get to your room, which is nice and easy. Once inside, it was pretty easy to hear all movement and it seemed like we had to be library silent for the rest of the evening. Breakfast was delightful and the host was wonderful, very welcoming and warm. Overall a great experience, and this would be a perfect place for a group of people looking to get away, it just comes with some non-traditional things to be aware of. Oh, and the view andodhe were BEAUTIFUL!”

“the BEST customer service ! Seriously this staff is what I’d call irreplaceable-they know the city super well and they are truly so welcoming, friendly, and passionate about hospitality. Sherry and Valerie were angels who demonstrate the true Hilton standard of excellent customer service. ☺️The ladies at the front are special because they make it a personable interaction every time and remembered our names, where we were from, asked us how we enjoyed the activities we had planned etc. That kind of service can be hard to come by these days!

Erin & the other servers were also very helpful and efficient. I can’t wait to come back. Food was also delicious for breakfast and tasted fresh .

Room was perfect- updated bathroom with rainfalll shower head and marble flooring. Very good AC/heating + wonderful window views of Montpelier.
Housekeeping was reliable and assisted us with how to get to our room at checkin. Overall, 10/10 for the whole experience??”
