“Recently I went to Lenny's to replace my very old Merrill jungle mocs.They didn't have my size in black so Maia found me the correct size in men's. I was sure I had a gift card and looked through my cards with no success. I asked if I could come back. She said sure. Later that day I remembered that I had used the gift card last summer!I went back the next day and Maia found what I needed. She managed to not make me feel stupid and I now have some great comfy mocs.”
