They have done a really good job with our cars, more successful at diagnosing. A persistent problem with the rotors on one car than the other two local garages we tried. And way better at communicating, IE. confirming appointments and calling to let us know when our car is ready.

Charged me 840 to remove a wiring harness that the exhaust had melted. It took them 2 weeks to schedule it in and an additional 2 weeks to figure out what was wrong. THEN they refused to offer any type of assistance in splitting up the bill after I explained that because of the vehicle being gone for a month, I had not been able to cover any political events which is what I do for a living.I would not recommend if you have any other option. The reason I was given for the high bill was because they "couldn't figure out the issue " ie "do their jobs" and so I get charged for that.They refused to give the vehicle back until the bill was paid in full.

A year an a half ago I took my 1960 Ford f100 here to have them add disc brakes and rebuild my steering box. Never again. After having the truck most of the summer, once receiving it I noticed numerous problems regarding their repairs. When I got the truck back the steering wheel was significantly out of center. The steering felt as loose as before they did the rebuild. They told me "old vehicles have loose steering, it's normal." It isn't supposed to be THAT loose. I found castle nuts that attached the steering box to the frame without cotter pins. I found many unused parts that should have been used during the rebuild (I supplied the rebuild kit). Worse was it wasn't until many months later I went under to check to see if I could find something causing the loose steering and I found that I could move the sector shaft arm with my hands. (They would have had to temporarily remove the sector shaft arm in order to work on the steering box.) It should have been torqued to the shaft at 200ft.lbs! If the sector shaft arm fell off while driving it could have made the truck uncontrollable. I immediately torqued it to proper specs. This was my experience. I'll never have them touch my vehicles again.

Starting with Marybeth, it has always been a pleasure. Also, Dale was very helpful and always professional as well as fixed my Outback transmission quickly. I have no complaints and if someone's auto sat for a long time, there must have been a good reason.They have my Jeep now & I totally trust them to fix it!Services: Steering & suspension repair

My SAAB transmission failed & they told me it was $2500 to fix. I sold it to them for $100. because I could not see putting that much money in that car. I missed my conv. SAAB. Next spring my SAAB is for sale. I bought it back assuming the fix had been done. It had not. Apparently, there was a cheaper fix they did not offer to me. They put a new inspection sticker on it. I assumed that the car was fine. The exhaust was bad and the power steering fluid line burst on the way home. Not honest people.

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a shop!!! Dale had my truck for almost two months! Failed to do the work or respond when he said he would. They didn't work on the truck for weeks at a time! Everything about this was so unprofessional. This truck is how I make my money!! I lost a month and a half of work because of this shop! If I could send them a bill for the 6 weeks they didn't touch it ,I would. They should be ashamed of how they treated this situation! I wouldn't advise using this shop if you need reliable service!
