Russell's is one of the few mechanic shops you can still go to where you get treated like you would if you were a family member (a good family member), not just a customer. They are honest, knowledgeable, and they won't try to make an extra buck by trying to convince you to have work done that you don't need. They believe in going the extra mile to make their customers happy and I am proud to say that I have been, and will continue to be a customer of theirs, any time I need work done on my cars.

I blew a hole in my tire, and had to use my spare. I was on my way to work in Orleans and my coworker told me Russel services would take care of me. Not only was he quick to take a look at the tire he ordered me a new one in a matter of minutes. I had to wait for the tire to come in but when it was delivered he got it ready to put on for me when I could make it back there. I highly recommend Russel Services to anyone who needs something for their car. Kevin is a great guy and an awesome mechanic!??Service: Tires

Russell Service is the place to go for your car mechanical needs. Kevin will fit you in his schedule when it is convenient for you. I once dropped by to see if he was working on a holiday. I could hardly believe that he was. He was waiting for a customer to pick up their vehicle after if was repaired. That is true commitment to the job and it's why I am a permanent customer to Russell's Service. Kevin is the man!

Nail in tire while visiting VT. Called at 8am and he fit me in at 8:15am. Nail pulled from tire and hole plugged and back on the road by 8:35. Relief and no more stress. Very happy. Thank you, Kevin!
