“I preordered and paid for a Thanksgiving arrangement. The day before Thanksgiving I was super busy at my shop, so I checked Google for their closing time, completely forgetting that places often close early the day before a holiday. 20 minutes before the Village Blooms closed, they called me to let me know they closed at 1pm, not 4pm. That gave me enough time to run straight there and pick up my arrangement. Huge thanks for having excellent customer service and not leaving me hanging. You could have easily looked the other way but you didn’t. 100% rockstars, all of you.”
