Currently sitting here. Washer #17 is malfunctioning. It's been stuck on the spin cycle for at least 50 minutes. Well over an hour in the machine. Door won't budge, and fiddling with the buttons does nothing.
Sign on the window says they're out and will be back Monday. Called the only number I could find and heard it ringing from behind the service window. Left a voicemail anyway. Maybe it goes elsewhere. I wish there was a different number available.
Leaving this review in hopes that the owner or somebody will see it and contact a maintenance tech or something. Hopefully this can get resolved. Machines screw up sometimes, and I get that.
I figure someone has to lock up/open up. Unfortunately, I have tickets to a show tonight. The plan right now is to leave a note and come back at opening (6am). Wish me luck!”
