The pharmacy never answers the phone and actively hangs up on you, it really should be illegal since they are basically holding your prescriptions hostage and refuse to speak with you when they aren't filling them.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy staff is inattentive, slow, speak to each other while helping customers, and downright rude both in person and on the phone. To top it off, I’ve never once been asked if I have questions for the pharmacist, not even on new prescriptions. Avoid this place.

Alright, so I've had several good experiences here but the negative outweigh them. Today was the end---I called to inquire about a medication--I understand everyone is understaffed and underpaid--I treated her with kindness as she over spoke me thus leading to confusion on her end which seemed to further upset her. If she had slowed down for one minute, I think she would have heard what I was asking. Instead, she threw some policy's at me and continued to speak over me. I've called...seven pharmacies with the same inquiry (today and in the past) mostly Walgreens. No one has said what she said.Do you except people to drive across the states, in person to ask? No. That's why everyone says "yes we do" or "no we don't."Last, this Walgreens treats their employees like their garbage. No wonder she was so rude. She probably hates working there.

I went to get get my Covid booster here They are the most unpleasant people and made me wait for 40 minutes while the pharmacist (I kid you not) tried to fix a paper jam in their printer. Very frustrating experience

There not able to keep employees therefor the pharmacy is closed often without notice Ive gone 3 days without meds because of this which is not medically a good thing. I have switched to a different pharmacy sadly they reg staff still there is great but they cant be open without a permanent pharmacist ?
