“Ariel at the pro desk is the only reason I keep my business at this location. She is prompt, proactive, extremely helpful, and communicates. This store’s lack of tool and vehicle rentals, reduced stock on shelf (vs having to buy online), and frequently damaged goods in-store have been a real complication for me the last year. I would post a 2-star if not for the amazing Pro Desk staff.”

“I always appreciate the assistance I get anytime I call and talk with Mike or Daniella. They’ve been understanding when I’ve been able to make only 1/2 or a bit more of a payment for my biweekly charge and catch up the following payment (I work in the public school system so summer is tough financially). They are always working to find a way to help and are always friendly, courteous, and understanding. It’s very appreciated. Everyone has struggles and having a good team that is open to working while not making you feel more stressed financially is why I will continue to use Rent a Center for my needs. They put the effort in to work with you, and it goes a long way as to why I continue with Rent a Center. They were so helpful with me paying off my dining set off a month or so early, and I’m thrilled to own it and cannot wait to own my sectional :)

“I recently bought a bunk bed from Home Depot.com and had it shipped to the Bennington location. This is after ordering one from Walmart.com and having it show up damaged. The box was in great condition, which made me feel better than Walmarts. I got it home, got it assembled and found one of the bolts was short by 1.5 inches. A manufacturer flaw. My wife called the company which instructed her to disassemble the bed and bring it back to the store. They would ship a new one with a 10% discount. I couldn’t believe they would ask that of anyone vs sending a bolt. So I went to Home Depot in search of a bolt. There was not one like it. Not online or in store. I went to customer service where I met Jordan. Jordan went above and beyond. First Jordan made sure the bolt wasn’t available anywhere. Then made calls to the company and other managers. Within 10 minutes the company agreed to send me the bolt. 3 days later three bolts, the correct size and all, arrived. Not many big box stores have this mom and pop drive to help their customer. This store does, and it’s because of employees like Jordan. Thank you for you’re time and effort, you made this customer very happy.”
