Ashley assisted my wife and I in purchasing 2 new phones and watches! She's incredibly professional and super helpful. She got us set up with our nursing discounts and was super efficient. Purchasing 2 cases, 2 screen protectors, 2 phones, 2 watches, and a pair of Samsung buds and we were out of there in an hour! Highly recommend going to her for all your needs :)

We bought a 1yr prepaid plan in July 2023 and the phone was unexpectedly disabled yesterday. (Discovered during a medical emergency!) When I called AT&T they informed us that we were given a $40/month plan and our $300 ($25/mo) prepayment was gone! When I tried to work it out directly with Ashley in your store, she informed me that I should call the AT&T number again to try to resolve. When I called them again, I actually was able to add your store to the call and the man who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on us. This is a bait and switch and after 5 hrs on the phone, this still hasn’t been resolved.

I recently signed up for ATT service at the Bennington store. Upon receiving my first bill, I saw two charges that I was not told about and never signed up for. One for insurance and one for upgrading ($17 and $6). Also, what they told me I was going to receive for my trade in was greatly overstated. I believe they were trying to swindle me because they knew I was a senior citizen.Do not use this store. They are completely untrustworthy.

I was staying out of town and having issues with my phone service, I was able to stop in and receive friendly, comprehensive, and all around top notch service. I appreciate the young man who helped me as I am not the greatest with technology! Would recommend this store to everyone! If I lived closer I would make this my go to store.

I went into this store on my way to a skiing trip with my friends because my phone stopped working. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone and ended up saving 20$ a month on my bill! I cannot recommend this store enough!!!! I will take the extra drive to come back. Angie and Driee are literally amazing!!!!

I am paying for TWO data plans for ONE iPad because the "manager" either did NOT know what she was doing or she opted to SCAM me.I have requested the district manager's contact info in order to get the situation rectified but the store has declined to come forth with the information.

Angela was amazing and very helpful despite our late arrival and only 30 minutes till closing. My son and I both left very happy with our new phones. My son wanted to tip her for the awesome customer service.

I walked into the store and was greeted immediately ! Nicholas was a huge help giving me accurate information and answers to the questions I had regarding upgrading my iPhone from an 11Pro Max to a14 Pro Max. He explained all of my options and the savings I would receive with “AutoPay”. I opted to go that route and ordered my new iPhone. He apologized for a delayed shipping being out until early to late December !I was fine with that and today, 11/14/22 , I received a text from AT&T letting me know that my phone had shipped and that I would be arriving tomorrow (11/15/22) so everything was far better than expected!Thanks “Team AT&T”—-Dr. Dave!

Customer service is not their strong point! I went in to exchange my phone at 5 pm. When I walked in there were people waiting so I asked if the one employee was working alone and if all of these people are waiting. I was told there are others put back that he will go out and get. After he finished eating on a customer for 15 minutes, He needed a reminder to go get help he went out to ask them to come out and at 5:40 no employees had come out to wait on anyone. The customer service here is ridiculous and I can hear them in the back room doing god know what that seems to be more important than waiting on customers. They should really start making appointments for people
