Lundgren was there at a time which was difficult and created a safe place. Went above and beyond for my family. Even through a few bumps after sale they valued me as a customer and made all things right. BUT since returning to Maine and trying to register my vehicle I did not have a Title Application nor a Temporary Plate. I have not received a check for Maine sales tax/title/plate transfer and registration since Seprltember 2025 lease. My lease agreement has changed 3x. Awaiting how to correct mileage used since September 6, 2025 with new date of Nov 1, 2025. No communication of updates. I have had to be the communicator and request several updates of which there has not been any. Very disappointed since initial contact.

I went there for recall of the SDS sensor for my 2020 Subaru Outback XT. It took just over an hour to complete.
While waiting I stopped by the showroom and talked with Jacob Lavariere. He not only understood the issues I was having with the cruise control steering, he explained why, how, and when it was fixed. The 2024 Outback has 3 forward cameras instead of 2 allowing it to better center in the lane on multi-lane highways. He has expert knowledge of Subaru and most cars in general.
A pleasure to deal with.

I am a first time buyer from this dealership and I am very pleased with the service I received. I purchased a 2013 HONDA CRV from Tyler Higley. We did have an issue with tires finding out they were weather cracked. Tyler came through with helping getting loaner cars for me to use and the service initiated for replacing the tires. Everything worked out perfectly and I am Happy with the Service department as well. I will definitely be coming back for service and future purchases from this dealership.

Lundgren Subaru of Bennington VT provided excellence both within human and service expression without a hitch during a very stressful time. I continue to be in awe of how God (and Lundgren) orchestrated all the events from a crash/towing to a new vehicle. Joshua Scheffler, Christopher Ducharme and Luis Bernacet expressed nothing short of top-notch conversation, genuine concern and excellence in service (adding a bit of humor and staying late with no hesitation) like I have never experienced, nor thought I would experience, at a car dealership. Even bought the family Starbucks! If I could put 10+ stars as a review I would not hesitate. Lundgren Subaru you the the VERY BEST of heart in car dealerships. Thank you will never be enough to express our gratitude.

Not only did I have a great experience shopping for my new car, I honestly feel like everyone there went above and beyond to not just help me get in my new car but they made it so easy and convenient for me. I absolutely would and will recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Lundgren was great for getting a “new to me” car. I had only a vague idea of what I was looking for, so we ended up going through many ideas and many cars. Tyler was helpful and a good sport. I test drove a number of cars, but I only knew of one before I arrived, so they couldn’t prepare ahead and the cars were very hot inside. Tyler was patient, and we laughed together after being blasted by the heat when we opened the door and waited for a cool down. He had to attach the plate and grab the keys each time, but he actually seemed to enjoy the overall process. I really hate buying cars, so his attitude was refreshing. The last few cars I’ve bought, the waiting around was painful, and it often seemed they had lost focus on my business. The people at Lundgren made the process as painless as it could be. They left me space to think when I needed it, and were clear and respectful in paperwork completion. I’ll go again when I need to. I generally drive my cars until they have 150,000 miles plus on em, so it’ll be a while, lol, so please keep it up everyone.

We recently had to bring our Outback into Lundgren Subaru where we have always had spectacular service from Jennifer and the service team. This time it was for a recall on the passenger airbag, after that was replaced they had another code show up that was part of the seatbelt issue which wasn’t part of the recall, but with discussion as to why that wasn’t covered Jennifer worked her magic to make sure that it would be covered under the recall. Thank you Jennifer, your the best!

I recently purchased a 2022 Outback . The salesman, Chris Ducharme was extremely genuine and thorough in every aspect of the sale. He listened as I presented my comments and expectations making the sale very accommodating. My wife & I initially had a really bad experience here. First with the salesman & then with the head of finance. After complaining & writing a bad review, the general manager Chris called us up to smooth everything over. He was very kind & apologetic & offered us some free oil changes for our trouble, and they ended up hand delivering the vehicle which was very nice
