Karen did not wanna do her job. I drove her 40 amount 5 minutes to mail a package. And I called to make sure that it was OK to mail it out here as AUP S package. I got there and she told me. Something else was wrong with it so I went out and I repprinted the label and everything I came back and it stole me. Something else was wrong with it. And I'm trying to explain to her that it clearly states and also I called that all you do is scan something on the phone as well as the print label on the front. And she still won't accept it so terrible terrible. Customer service. I will never spend in dollar here or any. And I will be reaching out to management as well. To make sure that Karen understands that she actually has to do her job and not get all mouthy. Because she doesn't know what she's doing, obviously a Karen.

Go anywhere else. A prison would probably get you you're prescription faster.

After dealing with six years of issues with the CVS pharmacy I decided to switch to The Pharmacy, glad I did. I’ve have nothing but problems with them since the beginning, mislabeled prescriptions, poor customer support and problems receiving my prescriptions.

Went in to pick up a print i received an email for saying it is ready and the lady was rude and clearly did not know what she was talking about.

Your store was very clean and well marked as far as finding items. The pharmacist was soooo helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist us. Much appreciated.

Tonight I walked into the Bennington, Vermont CVS to get my flu shot. I went to the check in area and was told I had to go online and make a appointment. I tried numerous times to access it and couldn't. I kept on telling the woman this. She was so rude. It says out on the front door of the store walk ins welcome. I didn't feel very welcomed. I have been with this pharmacy for years and never have been treated like this.

Great place! Great Staff! Shauna in the Pharmacy is a delight to have worked with. Thanks for making our experience so wonderful! (PS.. cellphone/wifi was almost nonexistent! Jus sayin!)

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for about 2 years and never had a problem until now... besides waiting on the phone for over 7-10 minutes every single time. I had my 2 prescriptions called in on 10/8 I went through the drive to pick them up on 10/9 at 9am. I get rung out and everything then I realized I only had gotten one of my meds, I asked the guy about the other one he said oh I’m sorry it’s on order for later today it’ll be ready around 2 I said okay I’ll be back around 6 after work. I go back and get told that it won’t be in now until Monday...mind you I have had my medication since 9/30 because of my doctors office. So I’m a bit irritated but I said okay...I call on Monday at like 12pm and the girl tells me they don’t get that certain order until Tuesday -_- I get so mad that I just tell her to reverse it and I’ll have my doctor send my prescription somewhere else because it’s absolutely ridiculous that I keep getting told a different day since Thursday! So then I go to give them another chance and call 10/13 am to see if they got it in and Shannon tells me no we gave it all out and you told me to reverse your script....yes...yes I did Shannon that’s my fault but I didn’t want to fill one prescription at CVS and then one at a different one...doctors don’t really like that all to much, so I shouldn’t have said that but I was extremely upset. It would be really nice if CVS Pharmacy would all be on the same page with each other...team work and communication are a big thing in the pharmacy world. The man at the window should’ve told me at the beginning they didn’t have it before ringing me out and also someone should’ve called me that night to let me know it didn’t come in. Secondly the girl I talked to that night told me I would be in on Monday... she should really know when you get CERTAIN DRUG orders and told me the correct day! I’m a pharmacy Tech too so I know how this works and goes, I know it’s hard work and you deal with a lot of patients. I’m very very displeased with this whole situation!

Picked an item in sale near the cash register, it rang up at full price. Had to remind cashier it was on sale, she had me read off the sign to her, original sale was voided and she had to reenter man
