Horrible experience. I was in an accident and needed a rental car. First, they tried giving me a clown car when my daily driver was an suv. They upgraded me to an SUV, only for me to find out the tires were so terrible that they didn’t hold air. I had to put air in them nearly everyday that I had the rental. I left 4 messages for them to call me back but never received a call back from them. Then, when I called them to let them know I would be retuning the car in the morning because my car would be finished at the shop in the evening, they demanded I bring the car back that evening instead of the morning. Not sure what the difference would be-not like they’re going to rent it out between 6pm and 7am the next morning. Truly just felt like they avoided doing their jobs at all costs and did everything they could to inconvenience me as their customer. I would recommend everyone to avoid this place if you’re able to. Super unprofessional employees who can’t be bothered to return calls or even simply talk to you like a human being.

Grate vehicles and grate help quickly in and out. My experience has always been good , even after a small accident we worked together worked that out & I still agree a nice place to rent a car or truck suv etc . Very clean rentals & the service is on point.

Our vehicle was rear-ended recently and our insurance booked a rental through Enterprise. I had to call and argue with them to downgrade the rental from an SUV to a midsize sedan because "it's only a $3 difference." We'll have this rental for about a month while our car is repaired and $3 a day for 30 days adds up. I don't need the representative to fight to upsell me when I know what I need. I called multiple times to check that our reservation was all set to go before we got there on the morning of only to get there and have the representative charge our debit card incorrectly and then tell us that he couldn't try to charge it again for 24 hours. He then told us that we could transfer the reservation to a more convenient location only to call that location and be told that, in fact, we couldn't. We then spent 5 hours driving around moving money from one account to the other in order to go back and pick up the car that they messed up the charge for in the first place. Every interaction I've ever had with Enterprise is exactly the same. It's a circus and I won't be renting from them again come hell or high water.

I live in Massachusetts and had been in an accident. My insurance booked me a reservation in Pittsfield and that location gave me the run around, was rude etc. Bennington took my reservation and went above and beyond for my business. Troy got me a car very quickly, I was able to get my car to the shop. After a few days I needed a bigger car. Troy accomodated me with a car comparable to my car. I was very pleased with Enterprise Bennington and will always bring my business there.

Great service and assistance from Lucia Triana. She went out of her way to bring us to a rental car after we returned home from Kentucky where we had a serious car accident. She brought courtesy, efficiency and light hearted humour! Thank you

we had mechanical trouble with a car rented out of state from Enterprise. When we got to Bennington, Cassandra O'Toole was so helpful & friendly & did all she could to help us. We left there with a replacementvehicle due to her efforts. She was outstanding.

Excellent customer service. I rent regularly from the Bennington office of Enterprise. The new manager, Carter Schroff, clearly cares about his customers and cares about the company he works for. Enterprise chose well in placing him here. The rest of the local staff friendly and efficient. If you need to rent a car this is the place to go.

Used for an insurance rental while my truck was getting fixed. Had a choice of trucks to ride me over until mine was fixed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will visit again when not covered by insurance.

I rented a compact vehicle to go to VA. with from VT.. which was a 7 1/2 hr. Trip. On my way home 2 hours away from my house a mechanical light came on, saying there was a mastery disfunction. Luckily I didnt have any problems for the rest of the trip but I was unsure If the car would make it. I called the next day when the store opened to tell them about the issue, and was still deducted 50.00 on my deposit! I'm still unsure why! I dont think I'm ever going to use this company again. If you rent from them make sure you know prior to your trip that the car is mechanically sound. That was my mistake renting from Enterprise. With a 300.00 dollar deposit you would think there wouldnt be any issues.
