Perfect place to celebrate. Staff was attentive and food was delicious. Really felt well taken care of throughout the whole experience! Can't wait to return & hope to stay at the inn next time!

I used to come here as a child in late 1960s early 1970s. I have been dying to come back forever but most of the time it was closed so I was thrilled to come back. The food was excellent as was the service but I was a bit disappointed in the decor and ambiance. There was a lounger with a bar but I felt I was in my grandmother's living room with flea market decor. Not cozy at all. Even better lighting would make a huge difference. We were seated in the porch although I saw a table for two in the main dining room that was empty the entire time. The porch seemed cold (not temperature but atmosphere) which also disappointed me. I recommend it but they need to make the decor more inviting which shouldn't take much.

The whole experience was delightful. The servers were courteous and efficient. The food and drinks were amazing. I would recommend it to anyone as a great evening out.

We had an intimate family dinner, pre-holiday and they made us feel like we were in our own home. Service was very attentive, large portions of food, and a classic fine dining experience. We have eaten here many times and will do so again.

An outstanding dining experience on all levels! The food was delicious (the Brussels sprouts were revelatory— really!), the portions were generous, the service was warm and attentive. One of the best dinners we've had in years.

We recently had a fabulous dining experience at this fine restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon entering the restaurant, the Maitre D wished us a happy anniversary, which indicated they read the details of our reservation request. (That has never happened in any other restaurant.) Our servers were highly attentive, extremely personable and doted on us throughout the meal, fulfilling our requests for additional warm rolls and delicious condiments very quickly. Their wine list is very extensive and included my favorite, a crisp and floral Sancerre. Our meal began with a complementary and delicious smoked salmon appetizer, followed by the most amazing, creamy and luxurious New England clam chowder we've ever tasted. A refreshing lemon sorbet intermezzo, drenched in Prosecco, followed before the delivery of our outstanding entrees. My husband had the roasted duck, beautifully presented with a savory sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and caramelized Brussel sprouts, each of which had a distinctive, outstanding flavor. I had a succulent and generous portion of seared halibut, with perfectly steamed asparagus spears and a Toscano cheese and shrimp risotto, perfectly finished. The risotto included five large, extremely tender shrimp. The dish was artfully presented, and deliciously outstanding. We look forward to returning in the near future.  If you're looking for a lovely, memorable and magnificent fine dining experience, I highly recommend The Four Chimneys Inn restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

What a great dining experience....from our cocktails at the bar with a super friendly bartender to the lovely dining room where we had a tasty and beautifully served dinner.

I have had my birthday dinner with family here for the last 3 years. I love it here and go multiple times a year, so this is my first choice for a great dinner.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! My husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Four Chimneys. We started with cocktails at the bar—expertly crafted and served with a warm smile and conversation. Dinner was outstanding as well, with both the flavors and presentation exceeding expectations.

Wonderfully presented food from a CIA chef. Surprised with a completely app from the chef and a wonderful petite sorbet topped with prosecco for a palate cleanser. Very large portions. Most items could definitely be split, which they are fine with. I had the Faroe island salmon on croute on beurre blanc and local mushrooms. Excellent.

Everything was outstanding, I can't say enough about our experience at the Four Chimneys! We will definitely go back again and again! It was truly a wonderful experience and our server, Joy, was exceptional! Treat yourself to Four Chimneys, you won't be disappointed. The food presentation was almost too beautiful to eat!!!
