The office and management are responsive and helpful, the personal trainer I'm working with, Jill, is excellent. The small group classes are affordable, fun, and I can see the results of participation. All the equipment is clean and serviceable. “I had an incredible massage with Nora in May on my birthday and can't stop thinking about it!! She was absolutely amazing and I felt like a new women after! Lol Her space is so warm & welcoming and she uses coconut oil instead of regular massage oil which I loved! Nice warm table too :) and can we talk about her pricing?!?! I am getting ready to book another massage with her and you should too!!”
