“Purchased a second utility trailer from this location, larger this time. Purchase went smooth as usual but when I went to hookup to my new trailer, I couldn't get the hitch to latch to the ball. After awhile of troubleshooting (including having my kid bring another hitch from our shop) we decided to try another trailer altogether and it turned out something was simply wrong with the other trailer (not the stores fault since they don't build them). Zach was super helpful and apologized the entire time. He maintained a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make me feel right. Will continue to shop here”

“I just set up a new aquarium and was having a hard time getting the water hardness down to a safe level. I worked with Josh on this problem and he was very knowledgable, and very helpful. He helped me get the water hardness down to a safe level and told me when he thought it was ok to add my first fish. And he was right on. I have to say however that my last visit there did not impress me. Josh was running around along with another employee trying to do several things at once. Apparently a fish order just arrived and Josh was trying to get the fish into the tanks, while also working on the other animals tor get them set for the day. There did not seem to be enough employees to get things done in a efficient way and still work with customers. I will credit josh a lot because he still tried to help me even though he was so busy. Im sure things got better as the day wore on, but not a good look for customers. However I will continue to buy my fish and other supplies at this store because of the assistance I received from Josh and one other young man who was also very helpful.”
