This was my first experience with Petco. I had called earlier for an appoinment. My dog had an injury, but Petco had stated that they would call and check with my vet before grooming her, and made the appointment. (My vet had told me it would be fine). I drove 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived they had not called my vet, and refused to do the grooming. No one from Petco had reached out to me. Very disappointed! I wasted time and resources to get there, and because of their employees' inefficiency and unprofessionalism I was unable to get the service. Now I need to find someone else.

Got ich in my main tank from here and. They tried to lay and say they didn't sell the fish I bought to bad I had the prof I did. I didn't even want money back just for them to start treating and let costumer know there's something in the tank.

The Bennington vt location has a decent saltwater section. I highly recommend dipping all coral frags! Do not skip this step. They sell iodine dip right in store. Also the fish seem healthy but I would also quarantine or give them a parasite dip just to b safe. But the ppl r friendly and I love this location

Went in to buy Litter for my cat when I proceeded to ask the man where there was a shopping cart he was like oh you didn’t see them over there like I never been in the store before didn’t know that the carts were hidden behind the wall so that started off my bad experience I proceeded to go get cat litter, and nobody is in the area to help you pick it up, and I had to force to be picked it up by myself I have 2 collapsing hips and A very bad back So I got it in the cart and went up to pay for it, and when the lady realized that the bag was open I proceeded to ask her nicely if she can give me another bag And she said I would have to go get it. I said well I have a very bad back and can’t lift things too she proceeded to say oh I do to You are supposed to be able to lift stuff if you Work in sales not tell the customer. Oh you’re gonna have to get it because I have a bad back to I said, well I can you get it for me she said I guess with a nasty Attitude, and then proceeded to push my cart aside and help the next customer never ever have I been treated so poorly and someone be so inconsiderate to me I may be young and look normal on the outside but my images of my body on the inside say differently so I walked out and now I am writing this review as I am on my way to petsmart

Decent pet store. Has a variety of supplies for most of not all pets. Prices are decent and it seems to be fully stocked.I do not approve of how they sell the Betta fish. They are kept in around 2 to 4 cup containers with nothing in them.

Just wow ! I have a Chiweenie. Came in with a scheduled appointment and was told 30 minutes later that my dog was too wiggly for them to do a grooming. Lol. Really ? It’s unfortunate as I had to pay $43 for a bath that I could have done. Personally I was going to shop for toys, bones and puzzles and such. However, I was pushed away and treated like I have this Khujo of a dog. Very disappointed and thrown out that store pretty much. Management is rude, lazy and not responsive to customers needs. Obviously they stole my money and really had no time for my dog.
