The cashier was unfamiliar and unknown with the WIC program. Their stocking is also wrongly arranged. Items are not on correct orders. They don't match with their tags. Really disappointed with the cashier! Fruits and vegetables are very expensive than other supermarkets! They really need to train their cashier well! I always have issues while purchasing through WIC! Their self-service is out of work for WIC!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the florist department. I had placed an order well in advance, but on the scheduled day, it had not been prepared. I even went to the store the week prior to drop off vases and confirm the order. As a result, a friend took care of the situation for me and waited on hold for over 45 minutes and ultimately had to drive to the store to be helped. The florist had to use different flowers than what was originally requested and the flowers arrived late to the event. The florist also color dyed flowers which I specifically asked them not to do so during our consultation when making the order. While I understand that mistakes happen and substitutions are necessary I was never contacted afterward with an apology or explanation.
Clear communication and accountability are essential in customer service, especially for time-sensitive and meaningful arrangements. Unfortunately, neither were demonstrated in this instance. I hope improvements are made to ensure better reliability and follow-up in the future.

Well stocked somewhat friendly staff. Only reason I give 5 stars and not less is because when I had an issue with an employee the mangers resolved the issue very quickly! Great food and my go to meat shop!

It's a very clean store . Disappointed ! The only thing I wasn't happy with was the chicken wings they didn't taste great. Parmesan wasn't parmesan, and honey can't explain it . But not at all like they used to be totally different. Variety flavors mix. That's what tastes like.

I always have a good experience here. The store is always clean and organized and well stocked. Brenda (in the deli) is awesome! She is so kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond. Thank you for getting me that cup of ice water and being so understanding. It's great to see there are still kind people around. YOU are appreciated!

This is my go to store in town! One of my favorite employee's to see is Michael, he's always in a great mood, super friendly, very positive and always has the best smile and not to mention very helpful with whatever I may need! He deserves employee of the month. Haha
I come here multiple times a day to shop and get coffee as well. The workers at starbucks are amazing and super sweet, my coffee is always made right which seems like a struggle for other places in town. I believe their names are Erica and Annabel. Overall, every time I came into Price Chopper I know I am going to have a positive experience.

Bottle return... even though the containers are sold in the store. They refuse to take them back for redumption because they don't scan in the computer in the bottle room. As it comes back "item not found" vt law requires you to take them back. Over all staff is very unfriendly especially the staff on after 8pm

A pure scam for simple Coca-Cola!
My wife had a Coca-Cola attack on June 18, 2024 late in the morning.
So she bought a simple, large bottle of Diet Coke for one person at......hold on...$2.69 or $2.90 with tax which for me is legal theft! We must calculate approximately 38% more given our Canadian dollar. I wasn't in a very good mood, I must say. I hope that Mr. Sherman, store manager, will be made aware of my opinion. We offer you three photos including this one of the receipt for this illegitimate transaction. The name of this chain of food markets is really not representative of their prohibitive prices. Long live Aldi by the way!

The young kid working for your store belongs in elementary school messing with me & another customer so you pay this dirt bag kid to mess with customers & do nothing about it I would fire him on the spot if I was a manager his parents did a terrible job raising this kid your store sucks will not shop there anymore I’ll just shop at Hanifords from now on.Thanks for nothing.

I have gone here several times and for some reason every time I go to staff is just rude. Most of the cashiers have an attitude if they’re not high. There’s only one person in the customer service area that’s actually nice with everyone else acting like you’ve bothered them if they acknowledge you at all. The floor workers work around you like you’re not even there which has resulted in me being bumped into twice by staff, not looking behind them.I grew up in an area where a price chopper originated, and this place is ridiculous. The only reason I gave it to stars is because yes, it has Neil Golub‘s groceries.By the way, is anybody in the Bennington Vermont price chopper’s staff is reading this could you please go clean your bathrooms?
