“When I called customer service in regards to a problem with our most recent bill our issue was resolved after a time waiting on the phone while the representative spoke to his (then her) supervisor. We called twice about two separate bills which we felt were both billed incorrectly.In the end, both bills were corrected and new bills were received but it took way too long to have the customer service representatives to understand our issue and to get approval from their supervisors.”
