I love my doctor there but I was told to follow up in 48 hours and get an appointment called multiple times got no phone call back till I finally voiced I was very frustrated I was in the ER 3 days prior and this was their instructions , their excuses just kept going around and around , doesn't make it seem like the staff care . Now its 4 pm on a Thursday , I cant make lab appointments for myself so here we are last minute .Update now 651 pm and NOBODY REACHED OUT after the ER consulted with a doctor to follow up , I then called after hours service, the lady extremely rudely asked she wanted me to call the on call doctor to schedule labs I said yes I do I have an medical issue came back on line and asked rudely again for my information and I went to ask for her name she hung up on me . I am appalled at this entire process and the people I came in contact with for people who have complications with pregnancy this is awful

I am new to the area and needed an ob ! I had horrid sickness and called in for zofran , they ended up prescribing me Reglan , not what i asked for I thought nothing of it as insurances usually give you generic, I took it , it landed me in the ER ! I called as I was in the hospital for them to give me zofran like I asked for , the receptionist said she would get the message to dr pain , I then called at 330 the rude nurse told me he was with patients and most likely would NOT get the message until after hours .... Great practice for patients who are supposed to have their babies with you all ! Mind you when he did call it in he did not leave his license number so they had an issue filling it .... I have no choice to stay with them since they are the only obs in the area ! HOPING I have no more issues , Disappointed with there being NO follow up !

If a negative number was possible they would get it. Horrible experience, complications with internal ultra sound causing constant bleeding for 1 week, kept calling told it was fine, heavy bleeding called 4 times NO CALL BACK left alone in ER while having a miscarriage while they were two floors upstairs would not answer er dr call.

They nice and caring. They were very professional. Also they were not judgemental and they made me very comfortable
