A suspicious amount of day of appointments were available online, as was an extremely attractive offer.
Arrived early, nobody behind the desk, phone ringing, people waiting. Come to find out the offer was indeed, too good to be true. Over $300 difference between online versus actual cost. I know it was just an online estimate, but give me a break.

i will probably not come back here. i was told my car would take an hr for 4 tire mount and balance. i came back two hours later to see my car with my old tires still on. i was told to give them another 30 minutes to work on it, then finally got my car back an hour later. i drove home and then realized that i had no valve stem caps on any of my tires, i tried to call to talk to them about getting them back, and never got a response. it’s been three days and i still don’t have them back. i bought new ones.

Eric and his son were amazing. Eric got me in at the last second at the end of the day, knowing I had a long commute the following morning. He kept me calm, and got me in and out. His son was very nice to talk to. They both seem like great people and they genuinely cared. The customer service was exceptional. Thank you so very much!!!!!!!!

I brought my tire in today because there was a hole in it, and the two guys there told me that the air was leaking because of the sensor, and they put air in the tire and gave it back to me. However, when I got home, I noticed that there was a hole, and the older guy from the staff was giving very nervous answers. I hope he makes peace with his life.

Great shop, took my new rims and took very well care of them like they were their own. definitely will be back with more business.
Came back again got 4 new tires and once again excellent service. Good prices and they even stayed open later to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again Derek and Sierra.

Finally, a place that knows what they are doing! Took my Rav4 here for 4 tires, mount, and balance. Tech E. Fournier did an amazing job and is very knowledgeable. I had been going to Northway Toyota for service, but after a few experiences with them tightening my wheels to over 250 ft/lbs and ruining a set of brake rotors as a result (undoubtedly on purpose), I decided to find another place. Good techs are hard to find these days, so I am extremely glad that I found Tire Warehouse. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Would give zero stars if Google allowed. Absolute worst service. Tech would not listen to where to put the jack under my vehicle. Didn’t know what a radius arm was. Counter guy was rude when I told him I wanted to cancel the appointment before they messed up my vehicle.

Great experience today. 4th of July and they were opened had to get in as I had a leak in a tire and got me right in. Thanks to Jay who works there. Also had the movie Independence Day playing was a plus on the holiday
