What is wrong with this Post Office?! Someone needs to address the management and personnel shortcomings, this branch is an embarrassment to the entire USPS. For the past two years, I only get mail delivered every three or four days, I've had bills that never arrived and had to be paid with a late fee, and the gruff employees at the counter are just insult to injury. This place is awful!

If only there were negative stars, I could truly rate this post office. Yet, the whole postal system is a shambles since De Joie took over. Trying informed mail is just another joke as if you mark anything as not arrived, no one ever gets in touch with you. If you go to the post office a week after it is posted on Informed Mail, they don't have it.My mom's bank statement for example which was sent out weeks ago never was even shown on Informed mail, nor did it arrive. The processing centers are a mess too.It's not just our post office, but the whole system. I get a lot of mail which is not mine. Packages out for delivery may come a day or 2 later.The postal service here was never perfect, but not as far from perfect as it has been since De Joie took the reigns.Our post office is just a small part of the inefficient new system. Time for a change of management from top to bottom.

Haven't gotten mail or packages in a week. Great at Christmas time. They don't answer the phone when I call. Awful.

Packages never arrives. You can't even get ahold of them. Phone will ring for 5 minutes before going dead. A Package was supposed to arrive. It cam into Bennington then went all the way to Takoma Washington? Why? They can't tell me, they don't know why.

Consistently have mail/packages that say they are out for delivery, then don't show up until a couple days later. It has happened twice just this week, still waiting on a package that was supposedly sent out for delivery yesterday. I have had an item go a MONTH before actually getting to me. The USPS in Bennington is unreliable at best.

Very very seldom get packages when our regular mailman is gone. Whoever is in charge there should be replaced.

DAYS UPON DAYS OF OVERDUE MAIL & PACKAGES! Our normal mailman was the Best, but he has been called on to get the Mail moving for the entire town of Bennington, 7 days a week! Talk about Burnout! Louis DeJoy MUST GO! Enough is Enough. Too many excuses yet the prices go up with no problems! F-.?
