“Rod has been a true blessing since we met years ago. He has always been honest, caring, and accommodating with all of our pets. In a late-night emergency, we called him, and he had us come down right away. Rod is always upfront and never overcharges for unnecessary services. When our first vet flaked out on us, Rod stepped in immediately. I couldn't ask for a nicer person who is always happy to help in times of need. He works alone, so I understand if he isn't available right away. As a single business owner, it's unreasonable to expect someone to be available every time you call; they need a life just like everyone else. However, every time we've had an emergency, he calls back and gets us in right away. I would never take my pets anywhere else because he does a fantastic job.
