I heard a noise like a screw or a bolt or rocks under my car, it would come and go. Finally it was constant. I made an appointment at Walts service center and when they looked at it, it was a broken bolt in my heat shield. Got it fixed, great deal. Thanks TEAM AT WALTS FOR A GREAT JOB. No more noises.

I was stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere and Walt's was the only place able to send me a tow truck. These guys are amazing! I hope I never need them again, but will not hesitate to call them if I do. Thank you, Walt's!

Walt saved the day when no one else would. The other tow companies we called told us no when we were stranded on the side of the Rt. 7 highway with our broken camper wheel on a Friday night. He fixed our wheel Saturday morning and got us on our way. Reasonable price too.Such a relief having people like Walt in the world.

Flat tire at campground on the battenkill. Early morning. Triple A advised someone from Manchester who notified Walts TSC that they could not take my call. Walts drove from bennington to arlington, quick review of flat, nuff air to follow to tire shop downvthe street from walts. GREAT service.Service: Tires

Highly recommended! My mom was out of town traveling alone in her small camper. Matt came and investigated a starting issue. I talked with him on the phone as a concerned son who was a long drive away from his mother with mechanical problems. I was instantly comforted, not only by his knowledge and professionalism, but by his kind nature. He got my mom back on the road, he took care of her, and he didn't rip her off.If you are looking for a reputable mechanic with integrity, look no further.Thank you Matt for your kindness and professionalism.

These people are predatory towers. They show up to an accident and take the car without any communication. They just leave with it, without asking where to take it and without informing you there will be a $45/day storage fee. I have never had a tow driver just disappear with a car, that's generally referred to as theft and never been charged a fee to keep a car. Even with a fee, without it being disclosed upfront, it's dishonest. Upon trying to pay charges their credit card machine is "not working," so you can keep incurring fees until it's working again and you can return to get your vehicle. Absolutely the most predatory and unprofessional type of business.

Predatory and unprofessional. After a car accident the police were informed we had AAA and called for a tow. Walt's Service Center sent a tow truck and driver. The driver asked for a key to the car, then loaded, and left with the car without any further communication. At no time did the driver ask where the car was to go or for the AAA information to bill the tow. They also did not communicate that the car would incur a $45/day "storage fee." We were not informed where the car had been taken by the driver or anything about what to do to get it back. When we figured out where the car had gone and were able to get to it, we were then informed of the fees we owed, though not actually given a total. This included a "cleaning fee," though the tow company did not clean anything at the scene, my husband and the fire department picked up a few small pieces of plastic, but there was otherwise nothing to "clean." Walts would not release the car without payment, but their credit card machine "wasn't working." So, we would continue to incur fees until such a time as we could get there again to pay and have it towed and, I suppose, hope(?) that the credit card machine was working again? This business had a responsibility to communicate with the driver of the car, where the car was going and how it would be paid for (and perhaps the decency to ask if we had everything out of it before simply vanishing with it). They certainly had an obligation to give us contact information for where the car was going (though it should have been towed where we wanted it to go) and to inform us upfront if there would be charges to keep it somewhere else. These are dishonorable, unprofessional, and unethical business practices.
