Tony in the parts department was very attentive, courteous and helpful in helping me understand what the recall was and how they were going to fix it. The repair was pretty quick, especially for it being the winter holiday season!

I rarely ever give 5 star ratings but these guys are vary caring and compassionate. The only dealer I recommend in the area. Spoke to several dealers with in an hour radius before 802 toyota and 802 toyota was the only one that really seemed helpful. Each obstacle that popped up they found a solution and had me approved for a car. Not just sales people but caring understanding people.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2025:
I continue to feel cared for by the service department here. Each of the service folks have managed my visits through the years, and they're all attentive and considerate. The waiting area is comfortable with various choices like couch, desk or table, and the Keurig machine features over a dozen choices! Vending machines offer snacks.
2023: Parts & repairs here are great and fairly priced. All point check was totally worth it. Nice waiting room with couch, desks, electric outlets and smaller tables.
I recently purchased a new car here and that experience was very different. My salesperson (Paul) was not very familiar with the car I was buying nor were they at all helpful throughout the process nor was there ANY negotiation. I won't buy another new car here.
There's no communication between sales and repair depts.

They helped me resolve my problem and the only thing that sucked was the cost of replacing a 2 Year old battery that should have been fully warren teed

From start to finish, the repair took over five months. At one point they told use we can take the car home and then found out the car wasn’t safe to drive and need major repairs. They gave us a rental but I was the only one that was allowed to drive it. At this point I am done with Toyota.

Buying a car after my car was totaled was easy and efficient, thanks to the excellent sales team at 802 Toyota. Repsonsive, not pushy, helpful, and lovely to deal with. We are very happy with our new-to-us car! Will definitely go back.

Car dies on the road, I call 802, they say have it towed here , and we have a loaner you can use in the mean time, a gift from the car gods!
