The store itself has a friendly atmosphere, and the staff, including the store manager and pharmacy personnel, are approachable and upbeat. However, prices are high, and the line can be difficult to navigate because of the mix of self-checkout and cashier lines, often causing delays for customers in a hurry. Overall, it’s a place with caring staff but some issues with wait times and prices.

Orders for meds are called in and then somehow lost. Long turnaround time between ordering refills and the prescription being ready. Confusion around locating existing filled prescriptions. A significant deterioration in service. The staff are pleasant but seem overwhelmed by the workload.
