“I am a support driver for a bicycle touring group, beginning our first day in Burlington. Got ready to leave this morning and my Penske truck would not start...dead battery. After Roadside Assistance got involved, it was going to take 2 hours to get me help. Lucky for me, the only person that was willing to help on Sunday morning was Paul with LaRoche Towing! He called, then hurried over to jumpstart me, found an auto parts store, bought the battery and replaced it for me!!! He was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help me get to my lunch destination in time to serve the cyclists lunch!!!! Many many thanks to Paul!!!!”
