We started this journey seven years ago and finally it came to a happy end on November 15, 2024, when we got our keys to our new modular home. We've looked at so many homes and companies to find what would fit our budget from double wide to modular. We visited companies in MA, VT, NH, ME and NY. Most of the homes we toured were beautiful, eye candy. We wanted quality, modern and beautiful. We wanted to do business with a company with strong values and character and easy to talk to and affordable for our budget. We found that with Village Homes. From start to finish, they were right there for us. The crew are an amazing bunch of men that put their 100 percent into what they do whether roofing, siding, or interior work. We want to personally thank Jason and Greg for having faith that everything would work out for us and to make sure we would be in our new home before the snow flies. Also, Ryan and the crew of dedicated men. Thank you for a happy ending! Ed and Barbara Robitaille, Lowell, VT.

Edit 7/10/2024- Ryan Pike just left & addressed as many things as he could. He got new steps bolted on, fixed something in the furnace so the floating floor no longer floats when the AC is on & fixed the slider so it locks correctly. He fixed a few other little things & generally did everything he could get done with the supplies he had. I appreciated the extra trip & while there are things that will still require another trip, none of them are critical. To be continued….There was another visit which addressed the remaining items. However....whoever set up the home did not put the drain in the furnace into the drain. The cap was still on the drain. All 3 guys missed it. So water got in the motor. Since the warranty only covers parts & not labor. I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HVAC VISIT. Not happy about that.

As a first-time home buyer, it can get overwhelming. Steve was so patient and answered all my questions. If it wasn’t for Steve taking the time to show me all my different options, I think I would be in my home today. When it was time for my walk-through Ryan took the time and went over everything about the house. By the time he gave me the keys I felt amazing. I would highly recommend Village homes to anyone. Everyone was so kind, and they care about their customers.

I cannot say enough good things about Village Homes. We went down late fall of last year, just disappointed and detected by the experience we had with other manufactured home dealers. Village Homes changed that. Starting with Steve, the salesperson, who sat down with us and went through every single step with us and answered all our questions. He helped us navigate the financing and finally to picking colors for the home. Mark from the site work crew was amazing and did a beautiful job in preparing the site and the setup through that came in and put all together. I would, without hesitation, recommend Village Homes to anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home.

The people at village homes were very easy to work with. They listened to what we were looking for and did their best to help us find our home. Once the home was delivered, they were prompt in getting it set up for us. The crew who did the setting up were very respectful and worked very steadily each day. We were very satisfied with Village Homes.

Thank You Village Homes for making our dream home come true. Being a first time home buyer, they were very patient with all my queries, guided me in all steps until I received the keys to my house. They built a really beautiful and economical modular home in a prime location complying to all latest building and energy standards. Wonderful company to work with. Went above and beyond to get us approved for our loan. The site work crew did a great job getting it all set for the home delivery and then getting the home set up and work done inside so we could move in.
