“As a new resident to the area, finding a reputable mechanic who wouldn't break the bank and who would provide honest, solid work was very important to me. As a woman, being respected was an added bonus (so many times past mechanics were very condescending towards me). Robert was friendly, courteous, professional and explained everything to me in laments terms. He got me in for inspections right away and for breaks and rotors within a few days time. When a rodent ate through our window washer line, he repaired it immediately and when we needed a new a/c compressor he found us a used one which will save us a ton of money! Due to being blonde...I ran out of fuel oil yesterday, called Sam's, and asked if they could deliver some fuel oil today, Saturday...The truck arrived at 8 am, put 200gallons into the tank and the driver re-started the furnace... I've been a customer of theirs for years and I highly recommend them...!!! Thank you, Sam's...!!!”
