“This is for both the butchery itself and the AMAZING new bistro located within. We dined there with some great friends on the second night they were open, and it was superb! It’s hard to believe it was her second night, the food was absolutely on point. The service was friendly and great. We so desperately needed someplace like this in our area. I’m sure it’s going to be very difficult to make a reservation there since you’re only open Friday and Saturday nights currently but it’ll be worth the wait!”

“Outstanding grass fed ground beef! We picked up some of their beef (frozen) at a farm stand in Quechee while visiting the area. I made patties out of them on the grill (medium rare) and it was some of the best GF beef I've ever had. Flavorful and the consistency was excellent! I also purchased a pound of ground pork that I have yet to try. Can't wait!!”
