“Today I met American Folk Artists Warren Kimble and Medana Gabbard. Warren allowed me to video his beautiful art and descriptions of his process, mediums and thoughts behind certain pieces. It was an amazing experience that I will hold dear to my heart always. Medana shared about her love of Folk Art and close up work. We refer to her in my art studio as the “line lady.” Her tight line work is utter perfection. Her oil work is soft and surreal. She gave me a behind the scenes tour of the Vermont Folk Art Gallery.
