Although my work hasn't been done yet, I stopped in unannounced for an estimate. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and invited my 2 large dogs into his office. He did not try to upsell me or gouge me. He inspected my damage, told me what my options were, recommended the most economical option, gave a quote and a timeline, and ordered the part all in about 20 minutes. I am definitely having my work done there, and will continue to do so as needed.

Todd and his crew did a "Brand New Showroom Condition" job on my Chrysler 300. Once they got all the parts, it was put back together in no time. I am very happy with the service, workmanship, and above all, the Professionalism in taking care of the customer.

The splash guard under the front bumper came loose and was dragging. So I brought it to the closest auto body shop, which happened to be these folks. They jacked up the front, fixed it quickly with zipties (the mounting points were ripped off) and didn't charge me for it. Took about 10 minutes. So I tipped the mechanic and drove off happy.
