Samarra along with Scott and Matt were all so helpful and worked together as a team to get me in the vehicle I wanted… And when I had an issue with Tires losing air rather quickly on my way Home to Massachusetts in the dark. They kindly remedied the situation and put 4 brand new Tires on the SUV for me the very next day! Thankful for that! It has low miles and drives beautifully.

Wont even give you appointment times or a quote without your VIN at the ready, if they do pick up. Service line often rings through to a voice mailbox that is full. Not sure how the work and pricing is if they actually let you schedule, so 3 stars

Unfortunately they are typical used car salesmen. Our car was sold to us with a motor issue that is only noticeable with a cold start. Now there is a $5k motor repair and we have had it only a month. Issue was reported the day after we drove it home. Warranty may not cover.
Too risky to do business there. Take your money elsewhere.

I was on my way to Laconia bike week when my bike broke down in the rain. CJ Jack was generous enough to let me keep the bike in the showroom for the night to let it dry out. Without his help I would've had to call a tow for my bike. Thank you sooooo much CJ.

Transferred to modnadnock ford from brattleboro ford and the servi e has gone massively down. They recommend services your car doesn't need. Used to be great, now it feels like a scam. Ill be taking my car elsewhere.

From the moment I submitted my interest online for a vehicle to the time I picked it up Tyler was there to answer any and all questions I had in a very timely manner. I drove 4 hours one way to pick up my vehicle. Tyler’s customer service exceeded my expectations. His responsiveness with my financing questions, pricing questions, vehicle questions, and everything throughout the buying process was A+.
There were no surprises and everything played out exactly as I hoped. No bait and switch tactics. It was a completely transparent experience.
Anthony in finance also did a great job of getting me into the vehicle and on my way. Another A+ experience.
