Dave & Shannon are the BEST! I needed a fridge yesterday, and they accommodated my driving to Brattleboro and coordinated pickup. Great store. And, my condolences to the Carbonell family; Ray was a great guy.

They sell appliances that breakdown w/in months. They have awful custome service, you have to repeatedly call them for any updates. Now the ice maker is broken. They even stated they may not replace it if it can't be fixed. Don't shop there

I cannot say enough good things about Coco Plum!! I got exactly what I wanted for hundreds less than lowes. Service was fast and easy. The employees are so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond!!! Thank you!!

I’m astonished at how incredibly horrible the service is here. The service attitude at multiple levels truly seems to be “we don’t care”.So strange and sad to have a local store actually driving me to return a broken appliance and buy a new one at a box store based on the attitude and demeanor of the service staff.I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A VARIETY OF RUDE, UNRELIABLE AND DISCOURTEOUS INDIVIDUALS AT SINGLE STORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!Don’t go here..... Really, just don’t!

We bought a $6,000 Liebher refrigerator from the Brattleboro location and it broke after just two years of light use. The fridge is in our vacation home. We have spent the past year trying to get it fixed. Coco plum has no service person willing to work on it so we have had to find our own service person. It has been a year of throwing out hundreds of dollars of food, cleaning up unfrozen ice cream and such. And we still have no ice. Awful customer service after spending THOUSANDS of dollars in their store.

Buyers beware!! November of 2017 I decided to upgrade my range after 25 years. I purchased a Kitchen Aide range. I decided as many other reviews have mentioned....not to go to one of those big box stores, but give my business to a local business. Yes, the purchase was easy, they were friendly and helpful and gladly took a deposit for the purchase and a check for the remainder when they delivered the range. I spent $1600.00, plus a delivery fee. July of 2018, the oven wouldn't work. I called Cocoplum, they asked me for the serial number... well, this is where the story takes a major turn! There was no serial number! The metal flip tags that should be on the back of the range were not there. I had a partial serial number on the receipt. Even though I purchased this range from Cocoplum in November of 2017, and it was not working in July of 2018 the service guy said there was nothing they could do for me since there was no serial number. By this time I was emotional and frustrated, he said for a fee he would come up look at it, but it would be a couple of weeks. I was not pleased, so he told me that, "he had had enough of me and to find someone else to help me", and he hung up on me! My husband called back, they again asked about the serial number, THERE IS NO SERIAL NUMBER! They accused me or the propane company who hooked up the range for removing the tags. I am one who always sends in my postcard for registration of my appliances, the card was not in the bag, so I assumed I sent it in.. yes, I did call Kitchen Aide. They had no registration on file. So I was out of luck with them too! Thankfully my propane company was able to help. One of there guys was able to put a new ignition switch in. Today, May 25 2019... my stove is not working again! What shall I do? I have been doing some research and not only do I think that cocoplum has TERRIBLE customer service, I think their business practices are suspect and have I will be calling the better business bureau and I was told I should reach out to the States Attorney General.

I had an excellent experience w Cocoplum from sales to delivery to installation. Everything was handled professionally and on time. We installed a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Great price. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
