Excellent prompt service. We left our car for a routine inspection without an appointment in the morning. They took care of that and the leak we had in our left back tire by the afternoon. Honest and reliable service.

I trust Haviland’s to do work on my car completely and correctly. They’ve never failed me and have always ensured my safety in my vehicle. Very personable place and would recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable place to get their car serviced. I just moved away and I’m disappointed they aren’t here!

I am eternally grateful to Haviland's and their wonderful, kind staff. I moved back to the area a couple of years ago, and was so happy to not have to go through the experience of finding an auto shop I could trust because our family has gone to Haviland's for decades.
Usually auto shops make me feel uncomfortable as a woman. Meghan is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable that I always feel comfortable when I go in.
I was rear ended twice in 6 weeks, and they were kind enough to assess my vehicle for safety, and check out the new vehicle I purchased first--all at no cost.
Their prices are fair and reasonable, they explain what's happening with your vehicle to you, and give you options about how to proceed.
I recommend Haviland's to anyone I meet who is looking for a fair shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff is amazing. As a woman who knows little about cars, I feel comfortable bringing my car in knowing they are honest, fair, and competitively priced.

Took my car to get inspected. Mega was not just unfriendly, she was rude, and took her rudeness to a higher level by putting the inspection sticker halfway up the windshield, directly in my line of sight. The state of Vermont should reconsider letting people with issues take on the responsibility of doing inspections.

I brought my car in due to engine trouble on the highway - on a Friday afternoon, of course. The staff were very welcoming and understanding, diagnosed the issue and were able to address it on the spot. (Fortunately was not too busy!) Very appreciative of a classic shop like this - knowledgeable, welcoming, and reasonably priced.

I love going here. I always get the truth about the well being of my car and how it’s operating, the prices are fair, and the owner and employees are easy to talk to. They will tell you if it’s worth it to fix something or not, and they make an effort to try to get you in as soon as they can.

My favorite garage the entire time I lived in the area! Now that I live in Western Mass, I still drive up to Brattleboro any time I need serious work done, so that should tell you something about the wonderful folks at Havilands!!
Small neighborhood garage, excellent and *fast* service, honest and skilled mechanics. You can't go wrong.
