Penelope Wurr is a very interesting retail store described as an adorable little English shop and a beautifully curated boutique. It carries high quality, unique, and special items from around the world for adults, children, and the home. The shop is full of wonderful things, gifts, and treasures not seen anywhere else, including block print cotton clothing, pottery, mugs, jewelry, teacups, children’s books, advent calendars, and British snacks. The price range is accessible and you can't beat the prices. The proprietor and employees are delightful, lovely, enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and give hope for humanity. It is a burst of light in Vermont, truly one of a kind, and a favorite part of visiting the area.
