Horrible pharmacy. Had prescription renewal called in by doctor on 1/15. Went to pick up two days later and was told it wouldn't be ready until after 2 pm. Left pharmacy and next day received email from Rite Aid saying based upon insurance they are unable to refill until 1/18. Went back again on 1/20 and then was told insurance would not cover until 1/22. Wonder what they'll say on 1/22.

They tend not to answer their phones. General calls and pharmacy. Husband went twice today (since they're not answering calls) to pick up a prescription and the store, including pharmacy was virtually empty both times, so no excuse. People who are ill do not get their needs taken care of this way. I will call in on Drs. phone option (#4) to reach pharmacy. I know they'll answer that line. Yep, indeed they answered although they weren't happy about finding a customer there. That said, all is well now. Pick up prescription in 5 minutes.

Needed a prescription and in-between pharmacy coverages. Rite Aid on Canal St. in Brattleboro, VT filled my prescription and I appreciated their prompt service and the price!

Completely disorganized pharmacy that's chronically understaffed with low morale. If you get your prescription filled here it WILL be a debacle.

OMG one of the worst to get prescriptions from. Is it all Rite Aids or just Brattleboro and Springfield? Waiting 45 minutes for a script called in the day before! After being in line for 45 minutes to be told to wait for fifteen more! Your scripts ARE NOT FILLED until you are there to pick up! It gets worse Springfield store breaks all HIPAA laws!

If I could give zero stars I would. No body answers the phone, it takes a week to get a script filled, and to top it off you have to wait 45 minutes in line to pick it up.

Always understaffed. Often no way to reach the pharmacy, they simply don't answer phone calls. This is a typical line, average 20 minute wait. The waits here compared to any regular pharmacy is insane, this place is the worst.

Friendly environment, interactions at the checkout counter are cordial and efficient, counter people are knowledgeable about thelocations of sought-for products, prices are competitive, the layout is conducive to straightforward shopping. In previous visits pharmacy agents were good to deal with. An all-around fine presence as a store, I HOPE it holds the line against acquisition by one of the Monster chains. Best, Lloyd Graf

This pharmacy is the worst . I have been dealing with riteaid for years . In the last year they have gone down hill. I have called and complained to there corporate officee now for the 4th time ! You call they will not pick up the phone .they used to pick up and just hang up on you . Now it just rings there is no way to call and refill your medications my mother is sick with cancer !! The line is usually 10 deep and when you get to the counter you are told you'll have to wait . On Saturday I was told that came back 45 minutes later waited in line to be told they have to order it we are out bewill be here on Monday I went there today at 430 in the afternoon and the truck hadn't delivered yet ! .when I finally got the medication the girl was rude ...asked me if I wanted a job ? The audacity...I've changed pharmacy...I advise you do too

This pharmacy used to be pretty good, but this past year I’ve had to go weeks without my meds (adhd and depression medication so it’s certainly not ideal to go weeks without). I get told that my meds will be delivered to the pharmacy on a certain day, and they are almost always not there. Whenever they do end up getting to the pharmacy, they tell me to wait for up to 2 hours sometimes. I understand that the employees are very over worked and that the pandemic has had a major effect on shipments, but it’s very frustrating to be told something that simply isn’t true

This store has one of the worst pharmacy tech attitude problems of any i have ever had the displeasure to visit. I had to recently switch to another pharmacy recently and had refills on my prescriptions but the new pharmacy says only two were sent from rite aid on the transfer. When my wife just called rite aid the tech slammed the phone down after telling my wife my doctor had to write my prescriptions all over instead of making sure they were transferred properly. If i could give less than one star this store it would earn a minus five. Its to bad this used to be a nice store now it seems their employees are allowed to take out whatever attitudes they would on their customers .

What a joke! A prescription called in 5/26/23 to be delivered still not here by the following Friday! So I go in (after waiting in line 20 min) and I ask for it... it's still there...0h, it's scheduled for delivery today! And then they want me to pay for it ! I already did when I did the delivery mode! No "I'm sorry" it takes a week to get it and they couldn't have cared less. What a dump! Never again Rite Aid! You sick

Worst customer service ever!! Ive called countless times and no answer and then when you keep calling the line just mysteriously says its busy. And nit to mention when you visit there is only like two ladies that are nice. The rest of them are incredibly disrespectful. And they NEVER have my prescription ready. I used to have to call before I came to pick it up and that worked but now it doesn't because I can't get them to answer. I have kids I'd like to avoid going to town and trying to find something to do for 30mins while they do something that was supposed to be done already. So in conclusion tbh I think they just ignore the people they don't want to deal with. And there is no reason for it because despite their disrespect I remain respectful to them. This place seriously needs employees that actually do their job or a boss thar makes sure they actually do their job
