Outrageous prices!!! Went in looking for Famotidine 20mg 200 counts and it was $33.99. Same medicine at WM is only $11.57. Now I expect to pay more at Walgreens than WM but over $20 more NOPE absolutely not. Be careful of inflated prices and a company that's clearly trying to take advantage of people. The pic of the Walgreens bottle/price is of a 180 count, as they don't have the 200 count listed on their website but you can clearly see the price difference for the brand name of both stores.

The pharmacy staff is always helpful and courteous. They are willing to answer questions and help with insurance problems. I appreciate Maria and her team. Sometimes the lines are long and it becomes evident that they are understaffed, specially when there are people who are getting flu or COVID shots.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I have picked up a prescription from this pharmacy I’ve had a bad experience. If you need your medication to be ready on time DONT COME HERE. extremely understaffed and some of the pharmacy techs are unnecessarily hostile. it’s not their fault that the corporation is garbage but they don’t have to take it out on customers. often the line stretches to the front of the store because there’s only one person working. people rely on medication and this pharmacy adds a ridiculous amount of frustration and difficulty to the process. go literally anywhere else.

Pharmacy is kind of rude. Got some cream for dry skin, irritation, it’s winter and happens. It can also be used to treat mites maybe? 2 lady’s working behind the counter, one goes up to the other and whispers something I can’t hear. And walks to the register and says guess we have to start wearing hair nets and both laugh. I don’t like doing negative reviews, I’m all about positivity. But seriously? I don’t know if they’re understaffed and stressed which i totally get and understand. It was Unprofessional in my opinion.

Truly terrible service at the pharmacy. Not enough staff and after waiting in line for 20 min, staff ignored me in line and helped other customers. I felt frustrated and invisible.

Rude staff in pharmacy. Bad attitude and untrained. They actually burp grossly while looking for prescriptions right in front of customers at counter. No thanks. I don't think there's a worse pharmacy in Brattleboro. Oh yes there is, that would be Rite Aid!

Rude and entitled staff. Pharmacist literally yelling while 8 people are in line.

Thank God for Sienna, that's all I'll say. She is a shining star in that place! Give her a raise and some praise!

I prefer the Walgreens on canal only because I don't have to stand in line forEVER. Can get my script in the drive through.

I made an appointment for a Covid booster at 3:00 pm. I arrived and picked up a prescription and paid for it and was told to take a seat for the Covid booster. I waited and waited. I think they forgot about me. At 3:30 I went back to the counter. The young woman asked the pharmacist if she could give me the booster? She could but it would be 30 minutes for the vaccine to come up to room temp. If I had known I was going to have to wait an hour for an appointment, I would have brought something to read. I walked out.

Always nice when you need an inhaler and/or steroids and they take a weeks to fill it.
Incompetence at its best.

My wife and I have been using this pharmacy location for over 30 years. For the vast majority of that time it was a RiteAid, and would easily have received 5 stars consistently. Since being acquired by Walgreens they've gone down hill steadily. The place is shabby, under stocked with empty shelves every few feet, and under staffed. The pharmacy itself has cut it's hours and is now closed on weekends. They have difficulty filling prescriptions and are out of stock on medications regularly. They turn over pharmacy staff constantly, so basically every person you deal with is in training and has no clue what is going on, from filling prescriptions to operating a cash register. We've used this location to receive vaccinations as well and they've apparently lost the ability to communicate with their online database and as such have no record of prior immunizations given at their own location. About six months ago, when I received a Covid booster there, I registered online and filed all information so I wouldn't have to do it on paper when I arrived. It worked then, and last week when I went through the same process they had no record of me completing anything and I had to do it all over again when I arrived. At least they knew of the appointment... The pharmacist said "they've never had any luck with that online registration stuff" and when I said I've been doing it online and getting vaccinated there for years she said, "well, not when I've been here!" Fair enough, she's only been there a couple of months now. If they can't even figure out their own registration procedure it seems there might be a serious problem. The final straw was today, when I picked up a prescription for my wife. I brought it home, and when my wife got home she looked at the pills and saw they were not what was prescribed. This is a prescription that has been filled there for years. She looked up the pill description online and identified it as a fertility medication for women receiving IVF. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. As of today, our business will be taken elsewhere, despite a longer drive and a lot more inconvenience. We'll also be registering a complaint with the Walgreens company regarding this location. I'll be returning tomorrow to swap the wrong description and to get the phone number posted on the pharmacy sign to call if you have issues.

Line was long, I needed to update my insurance in order to get my prescription today (before everyone takes the weekend off). After waiting in the long line for 15 minutes, I was told I cannot update my insurance because of the line.I called and they did it, in two minutes.
