Y’all bent my package with my certificate in it that said in bold red letters on the front DO NOT BEND OR FOLD. I very much do not appreciate that.

It’s impossible to speak with anyone from the post office. The automated system doesn’t allow you to speak with an individual. Horrible customer service system
