I stopped in today with a phone that wouldn't charge because my kids jammed a rusty and corroded phone charger into the port. I wish I got her name but this amazing woman identified what kind of phone I had before I even handed it to her and fixed it within 2 minutes. I thought for certain I needed to replace my phone, or the port at minimum, and I was in full panic mode. She was so sweet and kind and didn't even want to charge me. No more corroded phone chargers for me but if I run into any other issues I'll definitely stop here first. Thank you soooooo much for your help! <3

I was so incredibly impressed by the beautiful lady who calmed me down and assured me that she could fix my phone!! Great job , quickly done, and for hardly no money ( compared to buying a new phone) I was all set and ready to go!!! I will tell everyone to go to her!

Amazing customer service and great options!! Yulia(the owner) was so compassionate and really wanted to help. I was on a tight schedule to replace my digitizer, and she offered multiple options, even some options that didn’t benefit her. BeMobile gave my retired Galaxy Android a second life by changing the screen. The display looks bright, touch works perfectly, and the phone feels almost new again. Even though the model is older, it’s like having a new device. Excellent service — highly recommend BeMobile!

I needed my screen replaced on my IPhone and was worried about the process through my att insurance of sending it away and I had no other phone and it was completely insane process…it’s upsetting and coming to the university mall and had no idea if my phone can be fixed locally found this place and it only took 15 mins to be fixed and back to normal was amazing!! What a relief and so easy the price was a little higher then I wanted to pay but for 15mins to fix it instead of week to week and a half to send it away was much more simpler and so easy!! I’ll pay for that!!! Thank you so very much!! You made my day!!

Julia was amazing! My daughter is visiting Vermont for the summer and the green screen of death suddenly showed up on her phone. We were at a loss on what to do. We first went to Verizon and they told us her phone was done and we needed to get a new one. We decided to go to Be Mobile in Burlington and magic happened. In less than 30 minutes, Julia was able to fix the phone for a very reasonable price. Julia saved the whole summer….a teenager without a phone for the summer is not ideal. 100% recommend Be Mobile! Thank you again Julia for being our hero!

The guy there had my phone screen fixed in just 30 minutes! Very impressed and I think he cleaned the ports as well because my phone has not been this loud in a long time. Under 100$ you can’t beat that
