“I’ve been riding my Steel Framed Trek 520 touring bike for 40 years. Over the miles and miles of tours along the California Coast, Canada, the Sierras, and now the islands and rolling hills of Vermont, that bike and I have seen our fair share of wear and tear. It was time for the shop as the bike needed hours of work! I struggled to find anyone in town who would tackle the job until I rolled it into Old Spokes Home. They did not bat an eye, and with care and skill revitalized that bike back to life again. I can’t describe the feeling of cycling on a bike that, after so many miles, rides like a dream… if only I can keep up with it! “I bought my third bike recently a gazelle. I am extremely happy with it. I typically ride a racing bike but decided to try an electric and I can actually ride this without the motor and feel very comfortable. Then if I go too far, I can just turn on the motor and ease my way back. It’s very comforting to have the owners right there always available always friendly.”
