The crew, Matt, Akeem, Austin and Brandon are ROCKSTARS. They worked hard and did a great job! Great camaraderie and a pleasure to work with. Everyone involved (office staff, Sales Manager, driver, local packers) was responsive, professional, hard-working, courteous, and considerate. The moving truck arrived on time, did not interfere with local traffic, was very clean and well organized. Their climate-controlled storage facility is exceptional. Booska took the stress out of what is normally an extremely stressful event.

We had an overall positive experience with Booska on our recent cross-country move. The folks at the office were nice and responsive. The team that packed us up was thoroughly professional (ask for Jamie as team lead -- he is impressive). Everything arrived on time and without incident, and the unloading team was very helpful (again with Jamie in the lead). Our only disappointment was when Booska on the Friday before our Monday move changed our contract with no warning because of a new partnership they had entered with a national moving company. That contract change included changes to the terms of payment that surprised us. In the end, Beau from the office helped us through it all, but that switch-up should not have happened.

Hakeem (I hope I'm not butchering the spelling) and Cullen were punctual, professional and very friendly. They worked very hard and efficiently and I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Clearly experienced movers who took great care with our belongings. Were able to move some heavy furniture from some challenging rooms and stairwells. So professional, kind and efficient!

Matt and Shawn (sp) were great. Very professional and friendly. Fast and clean. No walls dinged up, no furniture nicked. They worked hard and fast on a hot July day! Hope to never move again but will always recommend Booska!!
